Underwhelming stay. Some improvements needed

loud noises dumpster view
the noise at night was a problem. There was a lot of noise from frogs and cicadas, even inside the room. i also encountered a gecko inside my room. doors and windows really need better insulation. the view from my room faced a dumpster. this location is also somewhat far from the city center.

the pool area has comfortable loungers. i used the gym. It features treadmills and stationary bikes. breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries, it was AMAZING!!!
the room service menu had limited options after 10 pm.

a pleasant stay with some minor issues

helpful staff beautiful grounds fresh towels dated room cracked tiles long wait
the staff was helpful arranging tours (i especially wanted a cooking class). the grounds are beautiful. the pool area had a lot of loungers and fresh towels.
the room felt a bit dated. some tiles were cracked (i noticed this in the bathroom). the wait for food was sometimes long.

a nice stay with minor issues

beautiful gardens great staff aircon vents toilet paper
i found the gardens and pool very beautiful. it was easy to relax there. the staff were great, don and miss teen were particularly fantastic.
i found some mosquitoes. they came through the aircon vents. also, i needed to request toilet paper daily, that was not ideal.

Quiet gem with great service

attentive staff peaceful retreat
staff members were very attentive. the beautiful king suite had ample space for luggage and relaxation. i enjoyed the convenience of having easy access to nearby shopping, an unexpected bonus. the hotel's overall setting allows for a peaceful retreat.
the bathroom design presented a small inconvenience. i noticed the necessity to step over the edge of the bathtub to access the shower. the absence of a handrail in the shower area was a minor issue.

the swimming pool offered a refreshing respite from the heat. i could see trees and a pond adding to a green oasis. the pool area featured sufficient loungers with good cushions.

good variety friendly staff
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I found it easy to organize transfers through reception. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and a nice atmosphere.
The hotel is a little away from the city center.

attentive staff tranquil gardens superb coffee dirty sockets mold insufficient furniture
i found the staff to be attentive to every request. the hotel gardens offered a tranquil escape, they were lush and meticulously maintained. breakfast had many options and the coffee was superb, as i consider myself a coffee snob.
my room's sockets and switches were visibly dirty. the bathroom really needed some attention, i noticed mold on the silicone around the bathtub. i found there was not enough furniture around the pool.
