check-in was very efficient the receptionist provided clear information. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. the room had a wonderful view of the surrounding area it was very quiet at night.
the minibar inside the room was empty. when i requested room service i had to repeat the call multiple times. the security guard at the lobby entrance searched me repeatedly each time i returned from smoking.

The hotel gym included varied training equipment and cardio machines. The staff managed to quickly assist when I almost lost my phone in a taxi. Security promptly retrieved it. Every staff member was respectful and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. Receptions staff were particularly helpful, specifically Nma xan, gullan xan, kak areen, kak goran, and kak chawan.
The air conditioning system was a bit noisy .
