a tender alpine embrace

easy accesslive musicski room
a key detail for our trip. i really appreciated the ski shop where i could store my skis and boots, especially the convenience of skiing right to the back door. i also enjoyed the live music in the comfortable bar each evening.
i found the absence of a dedicated ski room with lockers and heated boot racks inconvenient. changing boots in a busy rental shop, shared with guests and non-residents. finding a spot to sit was difficult

the location was convenient to slopes and the room was adequate.
housekeeping did not meet expectations. they forgot to replace towels one day. also, the minibar was not restocked regularly and required multiple calls to reception. the gym was quite small and lacked some equipment.

Average stay. Issues need addressing.

crowded boot roomunderwhelming food
My stay wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't amazing. the promised ski-in and ski-out access was less convenient than advertised. the boot room was a complete zoo during peak hours. Finding space for my gear seemed like a competitive sport. additionally, the food in the main restaurant was rather underwhelming. I expected much more from a hotel with this rating.
