the tv in my room didn't work for four days. i also had to climb twelve stairs to get to the breakfast room. the garage was impossibly small, a really tight space.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were awesome. Coffee was great! I was happy the employees were always smiling. Although the parking entry is challenging, the guidance was great!

The rooms were a little tired! They were old fashioned and not 5-star quality. The divan base had stains on it. There were also loose tiles on the bathroom floor. I noticed it right away.

i chose this location because it provides a quiet environment despite being close to the action. the room was spacious and very clean it had a cozy decor. the bed provided comfort and i found the room in general well maintained. i enjoyed its quietness despite the windows facing a busy street.

i found no milk available to accompany the tea and coffee provided in my room it was a minor inconvenience.

Staff greeted us with smiles. They want guests to have A GOOD time. the room was super clean. I loved the comfortable atmosphere. the breakfast had a superb presentation and an awesome selection. the staff were pleasant and always professional.

the room was awful, and it was a little bit difficult to move around the bed. i tripped over the curtain because it was lying on the floor.

the breakfast was quite lovely. i appreciated the big selection of foods available. the staff were also lovely! they had a real classy feel about them.

there were no towels in the bathroom when i arrived! i had to request some before i could freshen up, a little annoying. there also wasn't any milk to go with the tea or coffee. i was really looking forward to that. applying, twice.
