The staff was friendly. The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby shops.
The absence of an advertised fitness room was a significant letdown. I selected this hotel with the expectation of on-site fitness facilities, but they directed me to an external club, requiring me to pay a daily fee. This discrepancy felt misleading and definitely not what I had booked.

friendly staffsmall roomshower design
the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. the breakfast had many options.
i stayed in this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was not up to par. the room size was smaller than expected, and the bathroom felt cramped. the shower design was flawed, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor each time i used it.
