An Acceptable Stay
many choices helpful staff dodgy area hotel location
The breakfast offered many choices. The staff was helpful. I also found that the room was big enough.
The hotel location is not close to the city center. It is also not far. I noticed the area is not walkable and a bit dodgy.

underwhelming experience
poor soundproofing lacking variety
I was disappointed by the noise. I could hear staff and other guests. the soundproofing seemed nonexistent, and sleep was difficult. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and it did not feel like a 5 star experience.

stylish place
modern design comfortable rooms fresh items
the rooms felt comfortable and modern. i found the design of the hotel beautiful. the breakfast had fresh items and good service.
the room has no espresso machine though i paid quite a lot for one night.

the pool is amazing with views of the city. the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel has shuttle to take you into town and back making it convenient.

some minor letdowns
cold pool lukewarm jacuzzi
I have visited this hotel a few times and enjoyed it, but this time, things were a bit off. the spa was a letdown as the pool was cold, and everyone complained. the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the water level suddenly dropped without any warning. i told the receptionist about the spa issue when checking out. I received a standard apology, but no real solution was offered. also, i think it is absurd that there is no espresso machine in the room for the price i paid.

the staff provided quick room service. breakfast included many fresh options. the underground parking was spacious and secure. it offered direct access to the hotel.
