spacious rooms really good staff powerful shower refreshment availability dingy pool area cold pool
the rooms were spacious. the staff were really good, they were friendly and helpful. the shower was great, hot and powerful. plenty of space was available too.
there was nowhere open in the day to get refreshments, i was expecting more facilities to be open. the pool area was dark and dingy. the pool was freezing cold, sitting was limited to only a bench.

mediocre stay with some issues
thin walls missing slippers
the ac was more like a suggestion than actual climate control i mean seriously. also the walls seemed to be made of paper. every conversation next door reminded me of a personal broadcast. the lack of slippers in the room was a touch i didn't expect from a self-proclaimed four-star hotel

charming barcelona stay
clean room friendly staff
the double room terrace was very clean. it included a fridge (.. ) this was a great bonus. the hotel restaurant provided very good food. the staff there were friendly and courteous.
the pool was unheated and too cold to use. this was disappointing since i booked specifically for the pool. i was not able to enjoy this amenity .

helpful staff luggage storage late checkout room fridge
i found the staff helpful when i needed directions. the hotel provides luggage storage after checkout which was really useful for me. the maximum check-out time is 1pm i noted. a fridge was available in the room which i used for some drinks
the wifi connection in the room was sometimes weak i noticed

the staff responded quickly to my requests in person. i saw staff promptly addressing guest inquiries at the front desk. staff seemed available 24 hours a day to handle check-ins and other needs.

a balanced stay
good breakfast bus station daily cleaning poor content lacking staff cold room
the breakfast had much variety. it included many tasty options i found good. the bus station was close. the room was cleaned daily, a tender gesture.
the room felt a bit cold sometimes. the mini fridge content was poor. i found only some small bottles of water inside. the reception staff seemed to lack training. i did waited long for service at reception.

clean room transport options friendly staff
The room was spacious and very clean (I really loved that!). The hotel is conveniently located near transport options. Breakfast included many choices. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out.
The air conditioning made noise and did not cool the room enough, a minor inconvenience.
