helpful staff comfortable room perfect location uncomfortable bed dark room poor value

the staff were helpful! the room was super clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the city's charm! i wanted to commend the hotel on these aspects. the breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, great. there were even beans! meat and cheese selections were also available.

our room wasn't suitable for three adults. the bed and pillows were uncomfortable! the room was dark and slightly humid. i found the overall value to be poor for the rate.

the room, a beautiful king room, was spacious and very clean! the bed was comfortable, i slept soundly each night. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The parking situation was not ideal. The garage was a bit far from the hotel. finding the entrance initially was also tricky. the room lacked a bit of natural light. It felt somewhat dark during the day.

Really good Stay in a Stately Hotel

room upgrade perfect location historic feel nice fitness

I found the staff amazing, especially the lady who checked us in. She supported my family with a room upgrade and took care of our needs. The location proved perfect. The service was perfect too and my kids loved it. The building is beautiful. It retains a historic feel. I also found the wellness and fitness areas very nice.

This location is excellent in the city center. It is in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The perfect location allows easy walking to all of downtown attractions. It made exploring the city simple.

Breakfast options were amazing. It offered a variety of delicious items to start my day. I also noticed a restaurant and a bar on the premises, but many restaurants are within a few blocks for extra variety.
