the gym had adequate equipment i used the sauna it was a great addition to my stay everyday i received a complimentary bottle of water in the room there was a good variety of choices offered at breakfast my husband liked the daily soup selection. the rooms are nice we had a beautiful view from our room the amenities were high quality and well maintained
the tv in my room occasionally had issues with connectivity the reception was occasionally spotty at certain times of the day it was a minor inconvenience

The room size was generous. Breakfast offered many choices. The gym had a good selection of equipment. The hotel is next to a garden for walking overlooking the sea.
My room smelled of sewage. The smell was noticeable despite strong deodorizers. The pictures online looked much better than the actual hotel.

I was very happy with my room. It was quiet. the bed was big and i slept well. all the staff were friendly and helpful! they upgraded me to have a balcony without me even asking, so i could enjoy the views.
The cleaning was rushed. It wasn't up to standards. the bathroom walls were dirty. the cups were washed in the toilet sink

the breakfast had a decent selection, so I found something edible.
The location was a nightmare. It was difficult to reach. the room reeked, probably due to the neighborhood. also, they wouldn't let me use the pool without buying a special cup from them.

i appreciated the hotel had free transport to taksim square and kabatas. this made getting around the city easier. the breakfast offered a big variety. i found many salads, fruits, and egg dishes each morning. the staff were very professional also and helped.
the hotel is a little far from central tourist locations.

The front desk staff were helpful. Mahmut and Muhamed from the reservation team stood out (they helped me a lot!). Breakfast had excellent service and many options.
