the location was pretty good I guess it was close to things

the noise was excessive I could hear everything through the walls it made sleeping difficult the soundproofing needs serious improvement it was like living in a hostel not a hotel

the breakfast was very tasty and offered many options. the bed had a really good, supportive mattress. i appreciated the friendly and helpful service from sarath at reception. he gave us some useful local tips.

the pool was quite small. i noticed many ants in our room. i informed the manager about the ants, and they cleaned the room, but the ants stayed.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

I enjoyed the special breakfast menu. It featured a three-tier continental selection. options for cooked dishes each morning. The Square Gastro Bistro across the road was very COOL. Daily room service kept everything tidy, and the staff even arranged a packed breakfast for my early checkout (so thoughtful!).

The town ISN'T particularly interesting. Some small improvements could enhance the experience, for example the pin codes were a bit lengthy and inconvenient.

the check-in process had a SLIGHT delay because i did not receive the email with codes promptly.
