The staff were helpful and friendly. mark at the front desk assisted me greatly with my vehicle and parking. i also enjoyed a superb room view. It.
i had to unplug the tv to use the only plug available in the room. it was needed to charge my phone.

breakfast had good choices with different hot food each day. piano bar offers snacks and the restaurant has really good food. i found everything fresh and very delicious.

this place is centrally located with easy access to many restaurants and bars. a beach is also close. bolt taxis were super cheap and provided convenient rides to and from the airport.

Acceptable Stay. Issues Need Addressing
faulty air conditioning inadequate socket
Breakfast had good choices. I found the staff pleasant overall.
The air conditioning unit did not work. It blew warm air no matter the setting. There was just one socket in the room. It made charging devices difficult.

Very nice Hotel Experience!
beautiful pool fresh fruit comfortable sofas
The pool was beautiful and perfect. The outside bar offered delicious drinks, and the staff even brought around trays of fresh fruit in the afternoons, WOW! I enjoyed the comfortable sofas in the lobby, perfect for evening drinks during happy hour.
The room lacked sufficient electrical outlets. I only found one charging block with two plugs, located far from the bedside table. Extension cords for bedside tables would be a very easy and inexpensive solution, I believe.

The hotel boasts a large pool with plenty of loungers and also offers various sports facilities. You can find a tennis court, a volleyball court, and a rooftop terrace that overlooks the sea and the promenade, how awesome!

The staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast service stood out, as it provided a wide selection of options with fresh fruits and good pastries, really AMAZING!
