Mixed experience. Several issues noted

poorly fitted shower difficult wardrobe

I encountered some problems that affected my stay. The shower floor was poorly fitted and retained water after each use. the wardrobe door was difficult to slide open or closed, which proved inconvenient. On another occasion I had a VERY long wait, and staff DIDN'T apologise. The quality wasn't great as well.

i liked the fresh pastries i received daily. the rooftop bar offers fine views. the staff assisted with dinner reservations. a farewell box of chocolates was a nice touch. the hotel also gave me paracetamol when my son felt bad.

the wardrobe door was very difficult to move.

i stayed in a comfortable apartment. it included a separate lounge, a kitchen, and a dining area. the hotel offered laundry facilities and a rooftop bar with a swimming pool. i found the staff helpful, always ready to assist with anything i needed.

the wardrobe door was difficult to move. it made accessing my clothes slightly inconvenient, but it was a minor issue overall.

The room were spacious. It was very clean, too. I find the complimentary daily pastries nice. The hotel had the rooftop pool. It had very nice views.

The wardrobe door were very difficult to move. The toilet seat was delaminating. It was not nice. The shower floor was incorrectly fitted. It always left water behind the toilet.

A Truly Fantastic Stay!

The provided suite was very large. I found a bowl of fresh fruit and plenty of coffee and tea upon arrival. The kitchen features SMEG appliances, like a large fridge and a proper stove. I appreciated the convenience of the free laundry machine. The rooftop bar had fantastic city views.

The wardrobe door in my room was a bit difficult to slide open, but it was not a significant issue.

The staff communicated tips and tricks through WhatsApp, which I found helpful. They were always available. Miguel provided a tour of the hotel upon arrival. Pastries looked on my doorknob in the morning. They were a lovely touch.

The hotel is in the centre. This was very convenient. Having access to the parking with direct access simplified things considerably. I really appreciated this central location.

I enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar before dinner on the third floor, it had great views. The menu at the restaurant was varied. The meal was the best I had all week. Every member of staff was so open and friendly.
