Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff were helpful. I found them to be friendly and efficient .
The food was quite disappointing, and I felt unwell several times. I didn't find the variety or quality to be up to par. Many dishes seemed bland, and I suspect some items caused stomach issues. I hoped for better, especially considering the hotel's rating.

underwhelming stay with some issues

faulty air conditioningdisappointing food
I was really annoyed by a few things . first, the room's air conditioning barely worked. It was either freezing cold or completely off. also, the food was generally disappointing. the main restaurant had the same stuff every day, and the seafood restaurant was a huge letdown, especially since i had to book it in advance. it was like a waste of time and money, honestly.

I loved the room. I booked the Superior Room Pool View, and it included a minibar. The minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The hotel also provided free beach towels in the room upon arrival.
The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the resort. (But I didn't really mind!).
