the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. nesma at the reception was very nice. mohamed, haitham, ayman, ehab, and ibrahim from the recreation teams was also great. the facilities and toilets was clean and the restaurants with different cuisines was a excellent experience.
the bed gave a true egyptian experience because it was comparable with sleeping on a sarcophagus. the rooms have zero sound deadening. i was frequently woken up by the loud cacophony of russians and children. they have no understanding of inside voices or the volume down button on their speakers.

amazing getaway!

I enjoyed my stay, it seemed like a sweet dream. the staff showed genuine care (like extended family!), and they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. i especially appreciated the fresh food. The chef at the omelet stand made each morning special. the resort's beautiful maintenance made every walk a pleasure.

charmed by my stay

i found the staff attentive the food offered a delicious and varied selection i also noticed the festive atmosphere when guests celebrated special occasions the premises were clean and modern. the common areas were well maintained too i spent four days here. i also enjoyed the multiple bars near the ocean it added to the relaxed atmosphere i noticed several seating areas down by the waterfront.
the main pool was closed i did not have prior information about this closure before i checked in. the air conditioning in my room did not function well it mostly blew air like a fan even after i reported it.

the staff provides great support with early arrival and late check-out they offer a room for a few extra hours plus some personnel deliver lovely towel gifts, a nice touch.

The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with staff readily available to assist. Guest services were helpful in extending my room. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food options (the desserts were especially tempting!). The complex has a beautiful seaside view from my room.

Breakfast and lunch offered extensive choices with varied cuisines. I appreciated the plentiful options. The different restaurants provided excellent culinary experiences. The Italian restaurant was a highlight because of its pasta selection, and I dined there twice.

The superior room had a fantastic seaside view from the balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff even surprised us with charming towel creations. My room included a king bed, a minibar, and complimentary water bottles.
