The staff was helpful, supporting and willing to go the extra mile. The kids club staff are amazing, loving kids and enjoying their time with them.
The room was not cleaned every day properly. I had to request toilet paper because it was not restocked! The outdoor area is very limited! It was difficult to find a place to sit. It is small because all the privately owned restaurants are so close.

WOAH! A hotel experience for the ages!

the rooms are super clean, and i received a castle view room. i really love the special food section for kids, what a great idea! everyone are nice people, and the food is really really good.

I loved how colorful was my beautiful room. my kids was happy of kid themed details. the water park was so near. It made our days easier.
The water park wasn't easy for navigation. i saw some slides were closed. we found only one place for lunch in the park, it's named mungos. also, the room had a very soft bed. It can't be changed.

I found everything designed to delight kids. there are many activities available for adults also. the service was amazing. They anticipated every need! my children enjoyed pottery and canvas painting and even wood work. the food, the facilities, and the staff made our holiday very nice.
i really enjoyed my visit! the only thing i could find that was less than ideal was the room decor. there were portraits of romans everywhere.

I found the dining options included a main restaurant for buffet-style meals. It offered different cuisines. the food preparation areas were clean and well kept. seating was plentiful with options for families. there were high chairs available.

the hotel provides direct access to a theme park, great! the park includes numerous rides and attractions. the hotel also features multiple pools, including kids' pools and larger swimming areas. there are shops selling souvenirs and essentials.

the hotel provides a shuttle service to a nearby beach, that's very useful. the ride takes approximately 15 minutes. the hotel is set back a bit from the main road, reducing traffic noise. there are bus stops located near the hotel entrance.

the staff members are very helpful, especially haya and reyan. the guest relations team assists with requests. staff members are multilingual, so helpful.

my beautiful room had a comfortable bed and modern decor. the bathroom included a separate shower and toilet. amenities included toiletries. the room featured a mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks. the air conditioning worked very well!
