slow service limited staff

the breakfast was a letdown. for 35 euros, i expected more. the service was also quite slow. it seemed like there weren't enough staff on hand for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

excellent stay

helpful staff well-equipped rooms great views excellent food

the staff were helpful for my needs. the rooms are large and very well equipped. the rooftop bar offers great views of the town and a distillery. i found the food in the distillerie restaurant excellent i sat al fresco one evening for dinner and had breakfast inside.

the air con wasn't working in the public areas it was uncomfortable
