surprisingly good stay

informed staff good range clear allergen
The staff was excellent. They were young and very informed. i thought the menu had a good range and clear allergen listings. food was really good. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate.

old fashioned room cold toast
I stayed for a couple of nights. the public areas looked nice. the room seemed old fashioned and could use an update. The shower, though, looked new. also, the toast at breakfast was already on the tables when we arrived. they could bring it out hot later and stagger it a bit.

concierge service comfortable bed nespresso machine friendly staff
The reception staff assisted with individual needs. they provided a concierge service. the room offered a comfortable bed. it also included a nespresso machine. the quality of the food was high and seemed homemade. The venison pie was excellent. breakfast was freshly cooked with locally sourced items. restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and cute.
the hotel is a long walk, about twenty minutes, from the town centre.

the hotel has well decorated public rooms. rooms include hairdryers. there is also iron and ironing boards. i found an excellent shower with high-quality toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located. it is a half-hour walk from the centre. the ferry terminal is reachable within five minutes by car. We loved that.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness. they offered helpful service from arrival to departure. they were also well trained. the reception staff provide above and beyond reception duties.
