I found the room beautiful and distributed on two levels. The private garden was charming. The Italian meal I had was fantastic (the wine list was a refreshing change!).
The mirror was nice, but the chair was too low to apply makeup at the desk.

I was greeted so warmly! alexandra and matthew really went the extra mile! it was seriously amazing!!! the entire staff were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better service.
the fire exit sign above the bed shined very brightly, impacting my sleep a little.

The suite terrace included large windows with doors to a garden area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, i adored the unique tiles in the bathrooms! the rooms felt light and airy. Everything was clean!

The location was acceptable. Though the parking was expensive.
The room WASN'T ready. The bed wasn't made, there was no milk for coffee, and no shower gel in the bathroom. There was very little toilet roll. This room had not been made ready.

The room included a bath on the ground floor. French doors led to my own west-facing patio area. The staff was attentive. They cleared plates quickly when finished.
