fantastic coffee helpful staff insufficient soundproofing overall cleanliness

The location was amazing (it was so central!). I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning with its fantastic coffee. The staff was very helpful and available 24 hours.

The cleanliness in my room did not meet my expectations, which impacted my stay. The room's soundproofing was also insufficient. Nights were noisy, and I found it far from relaxing.

Fantastic Experience in the City Center

This hotel is beautifully designed! The staff was really great. They were very helpful and available 24 hours. I went to the restaurant for breakfast each morning since it was really nice and had fantastic coffee. Dinner there one night was also quite good.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. I appreciate that this may be difficult to improve, considering the central location.

Acceptable stay with some issues

small room broken cream

The staff were friendly and efficient. This met expectations.

The room was too small, there was nowhere to put personal possessions. My expensive face cream was broken as a result. Getting to the place was difficult due to its central location in the old town. Perhaps valet parking would help
