central location sunset cruise friendly staff dirty shower expensive parking hidden cost
i loved the location it was really central to all attractions i wanted to visit i also really liked the sunset cruise they had great lobster i thought the views were beautiful the hotel felt five star the staff were so friendly and helpful it made my stay even better
the shower in my room had some hair on the side wall that was gross i also found the valet parking a bit expensive at $70 per night i wasn't expecting a $73 tourism assessment added to the bill it reminded me of a hidden cost

Acceptable stay but some issues need addressing
weak water pressure security issue
The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The water pressure in the sink was weak with almost no cold water available. Someone also tried to enter my room late at night, after 8 p.m., using a key, but the swing lock thankfully stopped them. This.
