The location of this resort is beautiful. I booked a poolside access room for a few nights and it was perfect. The staff welcomed me with a drink at reception and also helped take my luggage to the room. The breakfast offered so much variety with high-quality options.

Check-in was a real problem. There were no slippers, soap, or enough toilet paper in the room. The gym, infinity pool, and spa were not open . The service felt very poor.

check in was smooth and they welcomed me with a sangria cocktail. the room was amazing and cleanliness didn't fail. the pool had great vibes and it felt so luxury. they even had a dj during the day. food was delicious and service was excellent. i did really enjoy my time at bonito.

the staff wasn't trained properly, they didn't know answers to simple questions.

the shower lacked consistent temperature control water fluctuated from scalding to cold. additionally the minibar was sparsely stocked no complimentary water was provided. i also found the lighting in the bathroom insufficient for makeup application it could benefit from brighter vanity lights.

I appreciated the hotel's nice style. the location allowed easy walks to many places nearby. the reception staff promptly arranged taxis. breakfast had a good selection. The staff willingly prepared iced coffee upon request and the rooftop pool was great.
