good location large room useful kettle slow staff disorganized staff unfriendly staff
the location is really good. it is in an upcoming part of town around 15 minutes walk to a statue. my room was a very good size. the room was well appointed with a kettle and water.
the staff was super slow. the staff was disorganized. i thought the staff could have been friendlier. the staff could have given more information on the area.

adequate stay
convenient location modern design parking spaces difficult entry
the hotel location was very convenient. a shopping centre next door had various stores. i also appreciated that the room was modern, and it had a big window. the bar located on the 5th floor gave me enjoyment.
the underground parking had few spaces. it was difficult to enter, and i think not every car could make it. the receptionist mentioned something about parking in front of his house when asked, i thought this was inappropriate.

a satisfactory visit
spacious room comfortable bed convenient location inattentive staff subpar breakfast limited catering
i found the room spacious. the bed was comfortable. the shower was good (it had nice water pressure). the location proved convenient to a nearby shopping center.
the staff seemed not particularly fluent in english. i felt they were also not too keen to help. breakfast seemed subpar. i found room service and event catering options were not much better either.
