charming stay!

the staff was friendly (i really liked their attitude). my room was large enough, clean, fresh and good quality. food was excellent. i had a lovely meal, the beer garden looked great and there were beautiful hanging baskets in abundance.

the staff were nice enough, i guess. they didn't actively ruin my stay.

the 'luxury' towels seemed like sandpaper. i suspect they were washed with gravel. also, the one-bedroom suite was directly above the kitchen, so i was serenaded by clanging pots and shouting chefs at 6 am. not exactly a relaxing wake-up call.
