I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They helped arrange taxis and provided helpful information for excursions, which i found so lovely. the breakfast each morning included many options! even with an early checkout, they prepared a takeaway breakfast and arranged a taxi. That was so thoughtful.

the room's sound insulation on the first floor wasn't the best! i could clearly hear conversations from the reception area and also, some guests played the piano late at night, so that woke me up.

The staff was very cute. They quickly prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early departure at 5:15 a.m. I also appreciated help from every team member regarding taxis and excursions (they provided clear information).

The hotel did not provide water bottles every day. The surrounding area does not seem very nice. The mattresses were not great either (I did not sleep very well).

The room i booked looked nothing like the pictures online (i had a beautiful room). The furniture seemed old and worn. the neighborhood outside felt unsafe at night. water in the bathroom never got hot.
