The location offers really good sunset sea views from multiple spots. i saw a lovely sunrise from my rear view window, as the hotel's position allows both sunrise and sunset views. the restaurant setting is unbeatable.. i also found the breakfast delicious. the spa treatments from anna and eri eased aches and pains effectively. I highly recommend them.
i found the lack of tea or milk in the room inconvenient. getting milk required a direct request to the kitchen, which reminded me of too much trouble.

The caldera view was amazing from my room , and I spent hours just admiring the scenery. The open-air gym was a nice surprise , and I enjoyed the workout with such a fantastic backdrop. The breakfast included a made-to-order menu and a buffet overlooking the caldera, a great way to start the day.
The shuttle service to town had an extra charge each time I needed it. The hotel is a bit far to walk into town.
