the location proved convenient, close to shops and restaurants.
the room became unbearably hot, much Warmer than outside. a fan was provided, but it offered little relief and lacked effectiveness. the bathroom felt basic for the price point, missing essential toiletries like shampoo and lacking a surface for personal items.

the standard king room offered plenty of space for a relaxing weekend. attentive and friendly staff handled check-in and check-out very well. i found the room clean and tastefully decorated. the public car park around the corner proved to be in a fantastic location.

The room was spotlessly clean and I loved the decor. Everything seemed designed with the customer in mind. The room was very well stocked with anything i could've wanted. The overall quality of the room felt really good.
The tea and coffee supply was paltry for the cost of the room. There were only nescafé sachets and little plastic pots of milk. I also noticed the room didn't have a mini fridge (a real shame).

The room was spacious and clean, a detail i always notice. The huge bed ensured a restful sleep each night. I found the location very convenient with just a short walk to nearby shops. Daily room service kept everything tidy (which i greatly appreciate).
I noticed only pg tips teabags were provided, no other tea options were available.

Parking was available near the hotel at a reasonable rate if you arrive after 8 p.m. (it's an early bird rate). The premises include services for immediate requirements. Many breakfast spots surround the hotel, offering diverse choices.

While breakfast wasn't included, several nearby places serve delicious breakfasts. The room included a kettle with tea and biscuits, a nice touch. I always appreciate having a hot drink available in my room.

The hotel is very close to the main bus stop (just a two-minute walk). Its location is just the right distance from the town's shopping centre. Access to shops and cafes is quick.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When i requested sheets instead of the duvet, my request was promptly fulfilled. It made a BIG difference to my comfort.

The beautiful king room was spacious and well-decorated. It included a very large and comfortable bed. I found the bathroom to be a good size with a wonderful shower (i like a good shower!).
