average cleaning smoke smell

the room cleaning was only average, i thought. also, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the corridors at times, which wasn't ideal (made me wonder what was going on). i guess some guests didn't follow the rules. on top of that, a lot of the staff had trouble with english. it made communication a bit tricky.
