poor staff plastic smell
The reception staff was quite poor. I had to wait a considerable amount of time before someone acknowledged me. Then I had to physically get the attention of one of them who was engaged in a personal conversation. The room had a VERY unpleasant smell of burning plastic. THIS lingered for a couple of hours.

Acceptable stay with service issue
The rooms were spacious and clean. An extra bed comfortably fit three people.
The hotel had told me in writing that I'd be charged on arrival, so I hadn't topped up the account they tried to charge. That initial experience left a lasting impression and I felt anxious.

breakfast have wide variety of dishes. room was impeccably clean and feel spacious. staff were super friendly and helpful with advice. i bought clothing from the helpful staff. i felt really charmed by the service i received .
i think, maybe, the room could be better insulated i could hear neighbors.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport
airport pickup quick check-in quiet room comfortable bed
The hotel offered a convenient airport pickup and drop-off service. Check-in was fast, which I appreciated after my flight. The room was quiet, nice for restful sleep. The bed was comfortable (perfect for a short nap after a long journey).
The ventilation in the lift seemed inadequate. It felt a little stuffy.

The front office and security staff were helpful with my luggage. They also readily provided bottled water when requested (a nice touch!). I was treated very well, which I found cute.
