poor staffplastic smell
The reception staff was quite poor. I had to wait a considerable amount of time before someone acknowledged me. Then I had to physically get the attention of one of them who was engaged in a personal conversation. The room had a VERY unpleasant smell of burning plastic. THIS lingered for a couple of hours.

The rooms were spacious and clean. An extra bed comfortably fit three people.
The hotel had told me in writing that I'd be charged on arrival, so I hadn't topped up the account they tried to charge. That initial experience left a lasting impression and I felt anxious.

The hotel offered a convenient airport pickup and drop-off service. Check-in was fast, which I appreciated after my flight. The room was quiet, nice for restful sleep. The bed was comfortable (perfect for a short nap after a long journey).
