mixed feelings about this stay

dirty area high noise

the area outside the hotel was not appealing it was quite dirty. i also found some dog waste in the hallway on my last day. the noise levels were high at night making it difficult to sleep well

the staff was always there it seems, that was acceptable.

The laundry service costs a lot. they really woke me at 7am for an iron. that's not something i liked at all, the food service was terrible.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the triple room accommodated my family with enough space. they received our lost luggage after we checked out which i find excellent. it was a very thoughtful assistance. i appreciate their level of care.

i noticed a several power outages . the hotel location is on a very narrow road. this. i think address these issues will ensure a more comfortable stay.

the room feature comfortable beds and pillows. it was very clean and the price was reasonable. showers worked well with hot water, and the ac functionned excellently.

breakfast offerred good value with large portions and tasted great. they delivered the food to my room. this was a welcome service.

the staff was always on hand and even waited for us. our arrival happened at 4am because of flight delays. the receptionist was cute. i find this to be really good.
