The hotel spoiled us with amenities and toiletries. We were provided with yukata, pajamas, bathrobes, a full set of skincare products, and even a facial mask.
I was disappointed there was no natural light in the rooms, foyer or hallways. It felt claustrophobic. it was very expensive for what was offered. I did not feel it met the value.

clean room good location small room modern hotel
the room are beautiful, and so clean and tidy. this create a warm and inviting atmosphere. the location are good because it's near the station and places to eat.
i got the impression it a ryokan with onsen, but it was not. the hotel are very modern, and the room are small. my wife and i had to crawl to the bed because there are no space to walk.

the room felt pretty small, i had to sidestep around the bed. also, there was no natural light. it felt a little claustrophobic. the onsen was just a regular bathtub, I was expecting something more.

skincare product indoor onsen yukata natural light english skill late check-in
i enjoyed the room amenities. there were yukata, pajamas, and bathrobes (i felt very pampered). a full set of skincare products was available. the private indoor onsen bathtub was definitely a highlight of my stay.
the hotel felt gloomy because there was no natural light in the hallways. the staff had limited english skills. i found the check-in time late at 5 pm (it was a bit inconvenient).
