a tender memory

fresh ingredient gourmet dinner elegant room

the rooms shone, they was clean and elegant. i enjoyed the van ride from this place to gora station and back, it helped so much. breakfast ingredients tasted fresh, i remember this experience. dinner courses were also well-thought-out and gourmet.

it was hard to be without car, it's not easy getting a taxi at times.

onsen jewel beverages access shuttle usefulness english absence dinner restriction pool separation

the onsen was pretty a jewel. the access to beverages all day i loved. the shuttle to the village i found useful. the staff always smiled to me. all the staff were kind to my baby and i will remember that.

no one from the hotel spoke english. i got confused a few times because of this. they dont let you eat dinner in the hotel if you did not reserve it. there wasn't notheing close around. the pools is seperated in mens and womens

modern room outdoor onsen fresh veggies

the room was modern and new. the outdoor onsen was AMAZING!!! the veggies were fresh at breakfast. the pudding was also very good.

herbal water cozy lounge heated pool

I found complimentary herbal water available. The lounge had tea and coffee. I also liked the gift of the original bottle. The heated pool and sauna was very great. It was relaxing.

The dinner time is fixed in two parts. You need to make a reservation one day in advance.

charmed by the stay!

cute staff peaceful onsen quality amenities

the staff was cute, and made sure we knew of all the services. the onsen was peaceful! it was great. the amenities in the room were plentiful and of good quality. we had a lovely ambiance in our beautiful twin room private hot spring.

check in process was a bit long! and having to make reservations for dinner was a bit inconvenient.

tatami area free shuttle salad bar

i found the room very spacious it had a tatami area which was lovely the breakfast had a good selection i especially liked the salad bar the staff were very helpful and kind. the hotel offered a free shuttle to the train station it was very convenient as i did not have a car the onsen was relaxing and clean. the complimentary soft drinks at the lobby were a bonus i thought the laundry machines were easy to use.

the hotel's location is a bit far from attractions a car is useful.

Really good stay, a true gem!

nice surrounds free laundry

I found the rooms great. They were a nice size. the surrounding area was nice too. the onsen experience was great, particularly the one in the room. the steam room and the pool were amazing. I definitely enjoyed the facilities. it's wonderful they offer free laundry (two machines where you can wash and dry your clothes!), it was a godsend.

the hotel restaurant had limited flexibility. the place did not seem suitable for families. there was no shuttle service available in the evening, despite the remote location of the place. there were no lunch options available. taxis are difficult to find from the hotel.

The room was beautiful with a comfortable mattress. It also had a wonderful bathtub. I appreciated that the hotel provided robes, toiletries, pjs to wear, and hotel slippers . Everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay.

The location has beautiful views over the mountains. It is a lovely spot. The atmosphere in the room contributed to the peaceful vibe. There is also a beautiful garden with a view of the mountains.

The staff was very lovely and professional. (especially the team members from nepal!) in the lobby, guests can freely have various drinks. the staff does everything to meet guests' needs. the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service from the station.
