room design window seat room cleanliness staff handling exchange rate passport request

My room, a Superior Double Room, was very well-designed. The layout maximized the space available, I must say. The bench seat in front of the large window gave the room an airy feel. Everything I needed was there and very clean.

The exchange rate price was not as stated when I paid. staff asked to see my passport. I am a resident in Japan, and I provided my resident card instead.
