maintenance issuesmandatory aperitif

i found the service somewhat inconsistent. while the initial room allocation was handled quickly when i was given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, the lunch service fell short. the staff didn't seem to take my concerns seriously about some maintenance issues, particularly a light fitting i thought posed a hazard, which wasn't ideal at all. the bar experience included a mandatory aperitif fee with few benefits.
