underwhelming stay with service hiccups
decent breakfaststained carpetbooked shuttle
the breakfast offered a decent start to the day.
The room felt a bit neglected. The carpet showed stains and generally looked old. the thin walls were not great, i could hear neighbors too easily. also, the shuttle to venice was fully booked upon arrival so i had to figure out alternative transport.

The shuttle service to venice was convenient. i used it daily! the architecture of the building reminded me of a step back in time. The arches and woodwork were beautiful. breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

I liked the large second floor room with high ceilings. the on-site parking was available. This helped a lot. the location felt secluded, a plus for me. it was near venice.
I noticed no towels were available. I found that strange. i was told about a gym, but it had only one piece of equipment. this equipment looked like it was from the 1970s. there were wine stains on the bedroom rug.

A Return Visit Worth Every Penny

The shuttle service to Venice was efficient. My room included a modern design. It also was very clean and spacious. The free transfer to Venice offered a big relief for managing my day-trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The drink prices was ridiculous. I paid 18 euros for only 3 small pieces of octopus. The sauce portion was also minimal.
