i loved how the hotel incorporated authentic portuguese products. our beautiful valley view room included a balcony, a freestanding bath, and a separate shower. the high-end touch screens controlled the lights and ventilation, which i found very convenient. i enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony each evening!

the resort had quite a few flies, especially during breakfast, and it did impact the dining experience a bit.

The breakfast included a great selection of hams, cheeses, pastries, and fruits! i particularly loved the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. the staff met our dietary requirements and the service was superb. I found it excellent.

The staff was always prompt, approachable, and friendly! they genuinely care about their guests. the receptionist walked us to our room and carried my bag. She explained how everything worked. the manager greeted us upon arrival, a lovely touch.

the hotel looked like a hilltop village. its design incorporated traditional portuguese architecture. our beautiful king room was very spacious. it had comfortable furnishings. the hotel provides everything necessary for a relaxing getaway.

i noticed quite a few flies , especially during dining , which slightly impacted my breakfast experience.

Our accommodation was a Double Room Mountain View. It included a huge comfy bed. I also enjoyed the high-end touch screens to control the lights and ventilation. The staff were pretty good too. I found them very kind.

The resort was full of flies. I think that could have been better managed! I felt the quality of the food and the options available did not match the price we paid for breakfast. The menu was overpriced. I should've dined elsewhere.
