lovely hotel stay

lovely foodwonderful staffgorgeous gardencomfortable beds

the food tasted really lovely, and the staff were wonderful. the garden is gorgeous too and amazing for kids. kate was also very helpful, she showed full of enthusiasm for her business and her guests. our room had everything needed the beds were comfortable too

i noticed there was no tv remote in our room when i wanted to relax late into the evening so i didn't bother reporting it until the morning

the building was lovely and decorated tastefully.

The staff seemed unprofessional. I wasn't told where my room was and received a key. my bar order was also forgotten and not added to the meal bill. the evening meal felt overpriced for the quality, as it was mid-level but charged at a higher rate.

Our room was very spacious. It also had a gorgeous view, which I liked. The bathroom was superb. The room was very clean too.

I couldn't believe that there was no 0% Gin at a supposed luxury hotel and restaurant. I asked for cognac, and they produced a bottle of cooking brandy. The wine selection was very small as well.
