The room had a balcony offering some nice views. Beach towels were available, so I did not need to pack my own
The air conditioning in my room did not work. Staff acknowledged the issue but did not repair it. I ended up sleeping in a hot room for both nights.

The room upgrade with the sea view was fantastic!!! the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and warm pastries every morning. the spa facilities were so relaxing. I especially enjoyed the sauna.

The upgraded room was spacious, a pleasant surprise. the public areas offered stylish comfort. I enjoyed this. every staff member displayed helpfulness. This was very valuable. a well laid-out suite.
The gym and pool closed early, at 8pm. This was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is situated at the tip of the peninsula and provides immediate access to the harbour, a few bars, restaurants, and the casino. access is convenient to different points of interest. the beach is a walk away.

breakfast had a wide selection of options. i saw fresh items to suit different tastes. the available options were definitely a highlight. the staff maintained a high standard during the breakfast service.

The hotel offered free underground parking with spacious bays. Access to parking was easy. the king-sized bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. a spa is available. I saw it well maintained. a casino is close to the hotel.

the breakfast was good with many options available.
the air conditioning in my room (superior beautiful double or twin room) did not work properly. i reported it to the staff twice, but they only said they would inform maintenance. i ended up sleeping in a hot room for two nights. also, there were some issues with the billing at both the restaurant and the bar.

The room was very spacious, with large windows! the hotel had underground parking, very spacious and easy to access. the breakfast was very good. A wide variety of fresh options was available.
the staff did not know much about the surrounding area. they seemed like new, temporary staff with limited knowledge. the coffee machines in the lobby were also not working

breakfast had a good choice of food and was always well stocked. the food was amazing, especially dinner. the hotel also has an excellent cocktail bar with a wide selection of drinks, i really liked that.

the hotel features a casino for entertainment, and a nice pool area. the gym has modern equipment for workouts. the spa area is amazing, and i'd recommend it to anyone wanting to relax.
