friendly staff central location

the staff was friendly and helpful. a good selection of breakfast foods was available. the hotel is well located and is in walking distance from the palace and shops.

our room was good. october is a fine time of year, but heating would have was nice.

the room featured a comfortable bed and a well kept bathroom. the decor complemented the hotel's historic style, but was not outdated. linen quality was excellent, and the room was cleaned daily.

outdated bathroom leaking taps

the location was central near the historic sites.

The bathroom looked quite outdated with leaking taps. i also noticed amenities were not automatically replenished daily. I needed to request them from reception.

delicious food beautiful view cozy sitting rooms

My room had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The room decoration was very nice (I loved the colour palette). Cozy sitting rooms provided space for relaxation. The restaurant served delicious food for both dinner and breakfast.

The parking lot entrance was quite narrow and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.
