The location was superb with quick access to local shops and the beach. Staff members were helpful with directions and local tips (i found this very useful). My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each time. I definitely recommend this place and will book again.

The air conditioning in my room made a strange noise. I reported it, but the maintenance wasn't carried out .

Breakfast included a varied buffetwith plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh omelettes. The restaurant also served a dinner buffet with good choices, but i only tried it once.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. tamara at reception was very helpful. i booked a double room with a balcony and it was spacious enough. the location is near the beach and bus stops to the airport and palma. I appreciated that.

THE STAFF were INCREDIBLY helpful. They really were very good. The breakfast buffet had MANY options and everything tasted so FRESH. The LOCATION was PERFECT, with easy access to nearby attractions.
