i loved the really good service throughout my stay. staff provided prompt buggy transportation around the souq. an upgrade to a suite added a lovely touch. i really appreciated the new azerbaijani restaurant with a convenient buggy service back from the beach.

The pool was a lovely space. i appreciated that the staff brought water to the poolside. It was a thoughtful touch. the breakfasts were diverse and delicious. I really enjoyed them.
The tv options were quite poor. they might be the worst i have ever come across, and i have stayed at many hotels. also, there was no screen mirroring for iphones. That would have been useful and the noise overnight from planes was apparent.

the location is decent , but the service was lacking. the room cleaning wasn't up to par , the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned , and there was dust in the room. also , the windows were dirty.

I stayed in a classic room king. It was quite spacious. i was glad the hotel is right behind the beach. Access from the back gate was really convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options. I really appreciated that.
the pool was a bit small, i think, and seemed to get crowded easily during peak hours.

the restaurant provides kid-friendly food options. they were very accommodating. they offered us kid plates and utensils, a great touch. i appreciated that they greeted us nicely and made very nice tea.

The staff was very kind and cute. i found the front desk staff very helpful. everyone was eager to. I did appreciate this attention to detail.

The hotel features almost 100 rooms. Each one has a unique style, as i noticed. the souq location provided easy access to many restaurants and cafes. i made use of the free baby cot. This was a great addition.

The check-in was a mess. It took way too long, and my room was not ready when i arrived, despite the stated check-in time. I had to wait almost an hour. the room lacked basic things like enough towels. I had to call multiple times to get more.

i find the staff so nice. they greet me by name each morning and offer help at souq. the buggies were great and the restaurant had lamb chops, the best i ever tasted. each morning, i watched the sunrise from the beach.
the swimming pool is a bit small, and gets quite crowded. i wish it was larger, so more guests could enjoy the water.
