a decent hotel
clean facilities stocked water constant noise poor insulation
the resort had clean as new facilities, from the gym to the pools. the beach area was fantastic. the room also was always fully stocked with water and bathroom essentials. it was always fully stocked with tea and coffee too.
i found it impossible to sleep in the lower level room because of constant noise. it came from the ceiling and walls. the rooms are not well insulated, i could hear everything from the upstairs room. the front desk staff didn't offer any solutions

fantastic stay!
beautiful grounds spacious room delicious breakfast
The grounds are gorgeous! everything feels resort-like! housekeeping always brought water daily, important with those 43c temperatures. my room felt spacious and very nice. breakfast was delicious and had great variety. dinner was also excellent. I think an ice cream option would be a good addition though.
Sound proofing wasn't great. I heard sounds from other rooms!

The hotel offers multiple pools that cater to different preferences. One is designed for relaxation. i noticed the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests could maintain their workout routines.

my room included a king-size bed. a separate seating area! two separate sinks and a rainfall shower added to the convenience. i found the room amenities to be high-quality and very useful throughout my visit.

Underwhelming Experience at this Resort
slow service noisy rooms
I found some issues . The service at breakfast was slow and inattentive. It took a long time to get a simple coffee. the room wasn't as soundproof as I expected. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms quite easily, disrupting my sleep. The beach needed more maintenance as well. There was noticeable litter that affected the overall experience.

constant noise poor service
the beach was acceptable and the pool was great.
The room was not soundproofed at all. i heard noise from the ceiling all night and also from the walls. the front desk offered no help and i left at 4 am to sleep at the airport. I didn't receive any compensation.
