hotel isolation taxi reliance

The staff packed a breakfast for my early flight. It was a thoughtful gesture.

I was disappointed by the hotel's isolation. Taxis are necessary to go anywhere outside the premises. I also found the need to rely solely on taxis somewhat inconvenient.

mostly good, but some issues

amazing room sea view reach breakfast slow service long time

the room was amazing. i booked a one-bedroom king suite sea view balcony. the view really was fine (it was definitely a highlight of the stay). the breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

i had some issues with the pool. waiter service was really slow. i waited a long time to get a drink.

spacious suite perfect detail equipped kitchen

the one bedroom suite was spacious. It had perfect details, including a lengthy balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washer-drier.

excellent service quick team

The pool service was EXCELLENT throughout my stay. The team ensured comfort. Beds and towels were always ready. Arun, ashantha, and rawjan were quick, they always checked in and kept water topped up.

the pillow and sheets smelled BAD. they tried to change it a couple times until smells were gone.

The rooms were huge I appreciated this. The staff were helpful that was good. There were sweets in the room I liked it.

I found unacceptable delays in room dining. I waited a long time I found it frustrating. I was not happy with the experience.
