The staff packed a breakfast for my early flight. It was a thoughtful gesture.

I was disappointed by the hotel's isolation. Taxis are necessary to go anywhere outside the premises. I also found the need to rely solely on taxis somewhat inconvenient.

excellent servicequick team

The pool service was EXCELLENT throughout my stay. The team ensured comfort. Beds and towels were always ready. Arun, ashantha, and rawjan were quick, they always checked in and kept water topped up.

the pillow and sheets smelled BAD. they tried to change it a couple times until smells were gone.

The rooms were huge I appreciated this. The staff were helpful that was good. There were sweets in the room I liked it.

I found unacceptable delays in room dining. I waited a long time I found it frustrating. I was not happy with the experience.
