The breakfast buffet had SUCH a great variety (I especially loved the fresh fruit!). The staff was friendly and helpful, it. I loved the beautiful garden. It was really relaxing to walk through.
The beds were harder than I expected. The pillows weren't really great either. The coffee was not good. I think it was the WORST i've ever tasted at a hotel like this.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially since i traveled with my baby. the surrounding garden is beautifully maintained, a true pleasure to walk through. my room was super clean, something i always appreciate. the half-board option offered many choices for both breakfast and dinner.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective, so it was never as cool as i would have liked it to be.

The setting is beautiful. It features well kept grounds. The staff was professional and polite (always ready to help). I particularly enjoyed the pool. The sunbeds were readily available.
I found the air conditioning in my room to be ineffective. It was never cool enough. I asked for it to be looked at twice . the problem persisted.

the staff were friendly they were always ready to help guests with requests. i liked the pool area it was well kept and provided a relaxing space. The beautiful gardens offered a serene environment for an evening walk. the hotel provided towels and sunbed mattresses for the loungers near the pool.
the gym had limited equipment so my workout options were slightly restricted
