superb locationventilation system

the location was superb, it was right in the center. the room was clean.

My room faced an inner courtyard and felt quite claustrophobic. The limited natural light. also, the noise from the ventilation system was noticeable at night

the reception staff are really good. they are friendly, cute and can assist with any request. we had requested a quiet bedroom, and this was met fully. the interior of the hotel is beautiful and clean throughout. the bedrooms are comfortable, offering excellent beds.

the curtains did not fully cover the windows. it was bright from early in the morning, and it impacted sleep quality.

The staff showed real friendliness! The hotel has a central location near the cathedral square. A definite plus. My room had very high ceilings. The rooftop terrace bar provided AMAZING views!

The curtains in my room did not fully cover the windows. This let in some early morning light.

The hotel features a charming roof garden. It provides a quiet escape. I also saw three distinct areas on the terrace and a fantastic view from above. The design combines both old and new elements.

The breakfast had a very good selection. The front desk manager was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I found the rooftop bar had views of the cathedral (it was floodlit in the evenings).

The room was close to the hotel entrance and was quite noisy. The curtains did not fully cover the windows. It was bright from early in the morning (this impacted my sleep).

I appreciated the hotel's location in the old town. a nearby restaurant offered a good meal. the rooftop terrace gave scenic views of the cathedral. the friendly receptionist stored my bag while i tended to my baby. I found such consideration pleasing.

i found the room somewhat noisy because of its proximity to the hotel entrance.
