A few issues NEEDED attention

good locationparking lotnight noise
The location was good, giving access to the local area.
My room faced a parking lot and the noise DURING the night was distracting. I found it hard to get a good night's sleep due to people coming and going, and car doors slamming. i expected more peace and quiet.
