Fantastic Stay!

ample space comfortable bed generously sized bathroom helpful staff

I enjoyed the room size. It provided ample space for movement. The bathroom was also generously sized. I found the bed comfortable for sleeping, VERY important. The staff was helpful and available.

The nightclub across the road was loud until late, impacting sleep quality.

the location was perfect to explore the area.

the staff weren't as attentive as i'd hoped. one staff member stopped serving me to attend to another guest who just arrived, i found this poor customer service.

a tender stay, a lovely memory

soft light big screen convenient location

the room had this soft light. the tv, a big screen, did show many channels. the bathroom included a range of toiletries, so helpful. i found the location at chulia street top very convenient, nearby so many restaurants.

i requested a quiet room, but they did give me one faced main street. it was noisy all day and night because traffic sounds. it made rest difficult.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. i saw more continental items than others. the george bar looked very charming. it displayed heritage features, like it was a part of the city history.

staff here were always cute, ready for help. check-in and check-out processes flowed quickly and smoothly. i observed alkaline water dispensers located on each floor. this was a useful addition.

the hotel is in the center of everything. i walked to many locations from here. it places you near restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. exploring the city streets became so easy.

convenient location spacious layout sincere staff

The location proved convenient for exploring local eateries. I appreciated the room layout with two toilets plus a separate living area. The staff showed genuine care and helpfulness enhancing my visit greatly.

I noticed the car park felt somewhat compact perhaps due to the mechanical parking design being present but not fully utilized.
