The beautiful king room was wonderful for the two nights of our stay. we had a fine view from the floor to ceiling windows. breakfast each morning had a wide selection of options, like hot buffet foods and fruit. all staff were helpful at check-in, breakfast and cleaning. Check-out was easy too.

i sent an email prior to arrival, but i didn't receive a response. it would be useful if i had received a response to my query.

I could easily walk to the cathedral. my beautiful king room featured floor-to-ceiling windows and ambient lighting. the breakfast had a wide selection, including hot buffet items and fresh fruit. the staff provided really good service during my entire stay. They were friendly and always ready to assist.

the mini bar water was expensive at 20 zł per small bottle.

the staff was helpful. they were always ready with a smile. check-in to check-out was smooth. everything was cute, and i felt at ease. they answered questions and provided assistance. it.

despite the hotel's rating, the quality of the pillows was awful. the blanket and bed were not comfortable. this resulted in a unpleasant sleep experience. the pillows felt clumsy and hot, and were unpleasant to touch.

The location is quite good and is within walking distance of the central square. Rooms are modern and I found them clean. Breakfast was good and the internet was fast.

I was woken up in the middle of the night by a weird alarm voice. The toilet broke twice and flushed constantly. The maintenance man broke the toilet seat when fixing it the first time.
