Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
missing robes limited parking
The location was convenient with good access to nearby attractions.
My room lacked robes for the spa. I had to call reception. Reception informed me that they had run out of robes, disappointing. The bar closed early at midnight on the weekend and parking had limited availability.

stationary bikes breakfast choices super clean room long wait room unavailability lack compensation
I found the gym quite adequate. It had three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. Breakfast included many choices. I noticed healthy products like fresh juices and vegan options. The room was super clean.
The reception was quite busy, so i waited a bit for check-in. The wait was nearly one and a half hour. My room wasn't ready until after 3 pm. I didn't receive a sorry or compensation for this.

congested buffet dirty table
The breakfast area was like a chaotic cafeteria. it was difficult to find a clean table and the buffet layout created major congestion. the staff, though visibly working hard, couldn't keep up with the mess. The dirty table was annoying, though.

I enjoyed the great location near manufaktura. the breakfast had a fantastic selection. i also appreciated the helpful staff. They even offered to send back my earrings i left behind, free of charge!

The gym is spacious. It is well-equipped with daylight. The city views from the gym are great. I would have liked drinking water to be available there. I had to bring water from my room, it was a bit inconvenient. The rooftop pool and spa was very lovely.
There was only one coffee bag in my room. I thought this was not enough for two people. Robes were not available in the room. I had to call reception to request robes, I learned that they had run out.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
equipped gym varied breakfast spacious suite
The gym features advanced equipment, including several treadmills, and offers excellent city views. The breakfast provided a great variety of foods. The suite I stayed in was good. It was spacious and everything was super clean. I was able to easily walk to the Manufaktura and Piotrkowska from this hotel.
I had a small issue with the room key needing to be reset, but the staff resolved it quickly.

The bathroom offered both a bathtub and a separate shower. The room was well-kept, with comfortable furniture, and the bed ensured restful sleep .

The staff members were friendly and eager to help with any requests. They answered every question I had about local attractions. The reception staff worked efficiently, even when managing multiple guests.
