mixed feelings about the stay
spacious roomsticky floorbroken air conditioning
the room was spacious enough and had the facilities needed.
the cleanliness in my room left much to be desired, the floor was sticky. also, the air conditioning did not work at 1 am, i contacted assistance to solve the issue. it is a pity because the hotel has potential.

I found the room very spacious. the bed was comfortable. I slept well. the room had soundproof windows. I did not hear outside noise. the temperature was easy to adjust.
The hotel location is a bit far from the main attractions. It requires a 40-minute bus ride.

the staff were helpful and professional. miguel at the front desk offered recommendations for local places to visit near valencia. he also went to my room to assist with the wifi connection, he was amazing

the hotel is near a shopping mall. it has many cafes and restaurants nearby. the area is safe and relatively quiet. parking is available too, useful.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I receive detailed instructions to the car park, a real bonus. The rooms are spacious plus comfortable, a delight after a long day.
The gym equipment was little old.
