The location of this hotel was fine.

The rooftop bar was supposed to be open, but it wasn't open during the times posted. This was REALLY annoying because there was nowhere to get a drink after sightseeing all day. It reminded me of I was just paying for a bed and breakfast. I am frustrated.

the rooftop bar was closed more than once. reception staff did little to assist when i asked about it one night. i found that unhelpful, especially after a long day. also, some pastries at breakfast tasted stale. they need to improve freshness in that area..

The room offered full light control right from the bed. This added a lovely touch! a big closet provided ample space, very useful for our longer stay. the breakfast team, including alessia, offered such amazing service. a special thank you to belen and stella. Their care enhanced our experience.

The rooftop bar had limited hours! it was closed a couple of nights. This slightly impacted our evening plans

The hotel provides a fantastic roof terrace perfect. It offered a wonderful place for sunsets. the spa had an elegant design. I enjoyed the spa. It's located conveniently in the basement of the hotel.
